I have had the pleasure of being a Falcon member for about 3 months now. I can honestly say that being part of such a great community of like-minded individuals, from all-over the world has exponentially increased my awareness of the importance behind small, 1% tweaks within our daily routines. Even though at first these may not seem effective, over a long period of time they will compound and radically change your self-discipline, self-confidence and will bring a more organised lifestyle overall. After listening to Mark's advice and sharing ideas with other Falcon members, I have managed to adopt and consistently carry out this morning & evening routine:
Morning:
– Wake up between 5:45 – 6:00 am.
– 6:00 – 6:45 Daily Forecasting
– 6:45 – 7:00 Daily Journal (affirmations, gratitude, daily goals…)
– 7:00 – 7:15 Healthy Breakfast
– 7:15 – 7:30 Meditation (I practice Sahaja Yoga and Mindfulness)
– 7:30 – 8:00 Reading
At this point I am ready to go to the office with the confidence that the rest of my day will be great, as it has already started with the right foot!
Evening:
– 17:30 – 18:30 Backtesting
– 18:30 – 19:30 Dinner + Falcon Episodes/Weekly Recap
– 19:30 – 20:30 Go through the Slack content by reading what other members have posted during the day, whether I have any questions or I could answer some.
– 20:30 – 21:00 Wind-down/Meditation
– 21:00 – 21:30 Reading
At this point I know that I have been as productive as I could have been, which in turn allows me to sleep better as I don't have any negative thoughts or worries.
By having a structured plan means I don't need to waste time thinking about what I should be doing, as I already know exactly what to do! This leads to an effortless way of going about your day which will ease off a lot of the pressure/frustration that could manifest when seeing time fly by without having accomplished much.
This is just an example of how little things can make a big difference over time. Having that awareness that hundreds of other members are doing a similar thing in their lives, motivates me to progress and continue to develop as a Trader but mainly as a person.
I owe Mark and everyone within Falcon a great Thank You, as in just over 3 months I feel much more focussed, motivated and happy.

I actually struggled to understand and to forecast the signals in forex. Then I came across Carlos kingston @carlos_1uptrades. He solved the problem to discover the signals which made me to gain profit in forex trading easily. I set five daily goals everyday and I achieve them over 90% of the time. But as soon as I miss one a domino effect starts to occur and I start missing more and then I start feeling sluggish. So I try not to miss any of them.

I am In Forex For Four years and tried everything every single trading systems ….signals…courses….but didnt get what i want simplicity in trading ….finall i am enrolling in falconfx and lets see how FalconFx and mark change my trading career

I struggle with routine due to me working very early in the morning, sorry by the way I’m also a falcon member. It gets a bit hard because I want to find the best way to start but I don’t know where to start. I mean I watched the video and to be honest it was really mind blowing.

I currently have 2 journals. A a5 and a6. The a5 one is for keeping track of my stocks. The a6 one is for daily task and daily notes 📝 📖… For music I just youtube soft music 🎶

Brain.fm is amazing, been using it for a while now and the level of focus is something else. Like Mark, I used to get distracted thinking about the next thing I needed to do but now I can work with a laser focus and a 2 hour session flies by.
Daily goals are essential for success and something I’ve used for years. It’s so important to write them by hand in a journal and not type them on a document or in an app in your phone as well, completely agree with Mark on that one.
I also use daily meditation and visualisation sessions to keep me focused on my goals and hardwire the images into my subconscious of what my future self will achieve.
